Pro Teilnehmer*in bei der MIBA-Mitarbeiter*innen-Befragung spendet MIBA ans SOS-Kinderdorf. Unterstützt werden mit dem gesammelten Geld SOS-Kinderdörfer in Ländern mit MIBA Standorten.

Take part and help children in need!

For each participant in the MIBA employee survey, MIBA donates to the SOS Children's Village. The money collected will be used to support SOS Children's Villages in countries with MIBA locations.

Kinder sind die verletzlichsten Mitglieder unserer Gesellschaft. Krisen – egal ob persönliche Krisen, Wirtschaftskrisen, politische Krisen oder die Klimakrise – treffen sie am stärksten. Denn Kinder haben am wenigsten Möglichkeiten, sich selbst zu schützen. Wenn Familien in schwierige Lebenslagen geraten und Krisen eine stabile Kindheit in Gefahr bringen, dann ist SOS-Kinderdorf da! Weltweit erreicht die Kinderhilfsorganisation jährlich über 3 Millionen Menschen und hilft nachhaltig – gemeinsam mit dir und deinem Engagement.

Für jeden Teilnehmenden an der MIBA Employee Survey 2025 spendet das Unternehmen 1€ an SOS-Kinderdorf.

Deine Teilnahme an der Mitarbeitenden-Betragung ist doppelt wichtig. Sie gibt wertvolle Einblicke, die helfen, das Arbeitsumfeld, die Arbeitsbedingungen und die Unternehmenskultur zu verbessern.

This is because children have the fewest opportunities to protect themselves. When families find themselves in difficult situations and crises jeopardize a stable childhood, SOS Children's Villages is there to help!
The children's aid organization reaches over 3 million people worldwide every year and provides sustainable help - together with you and your commitment.
For every participant in the MIBA Employee Survey 2025, the company donates 1 € to SOS Children's Villages.
